Determination of actual financial situation in a nutshell
By prior arrangement we can make inquiries from official records at the beginning of the implementation of collection procedure.
By so doing we obtain information about debtors and their financial situation from official records. This information, however, often doesn’t reflect the debtor’s actual situation, so it makes sense to also carry out a procedure in the field.
The procedure in the field comprises interviews and personal perceptions, it is performed primarily in order to determine whether it is worthwhile to submit an enforcement request against the debtor. The procedure is carried out by a detective, who prepares a detailed report on his findings in the field.
